As part of the consolidation with Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol, SingularityNET has announced swap dates for AGIX, FET, and OCEAN token holders to exchange their tokens for the new Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) token. Over 200,000 token holders are eligible for the swap, with varying conversion rates: FET tokens at 1:1, AGIX tokens at 1:0.433350, and OCEAN tokens at 1:0.433226. FET holders can begin swapping from Jun. 11, while AGIX and OCEAN holders can do so from Jun. 13. SingularityNET plans to provide detailed guides for the swapping process and migration information for AGIX holders on Cardano soon. The merger, initially disclosed in mid-March, is projected to value the combined entity at around $7.5 billion. The governance of the new alliance, led by SingularityNET founder Ben Goertzel, will be overseen by a 'Superintelligence Collective,' with Humayun Sheikh, Fetch.ai's CEO, serving as the chairman.
