Current Success of Solana

As of now, Solana's market capitalization stands at $96.8 billion, with the token experiencing a 1.3% increase over the past 24 hours.

Meme Coin Frenzy and Institutional Recognition

Earlier this year, Solana was at the center of a meme coin frenzy. Pump.fun, a Solana-based meme coin factory, logged $1.9 billion in volume over the past two weeks. The platform has issued over 3.1 million tokens, and total fees have surpassed 1.1 million SOL. In the U.S., Solana is gaining popularity among institutional investors, with several proposals for Solana-based ETFs, including one by VanEck.

The $100 Billion Club

Currently, only Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether have market capitalizations above $100 billion. Solana is likely to join this list soon. BNB and XRP were once part of this club but are currently valued below the required threshold.
