The Sui Foundation has completed its first Hydropower Accelerator program, supporting twelve projects now poised for further development within the Sui Ecosystem.

The program aimed to empower startups building on the Sui platform. Over eight weeks, participants received mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to critical resources, with opportunities for feedback from 'Sui-friendly venture capitalists'.
Participants and Their Projects
Out of hundreds of applications, twelve teams were selected for the inaugural cohort covering sectors like DeFi, DePIN, and real-world assets. Projects include 7k, now Sui's second-largest aggregator, and AdToken, enabling blockchain ad campaigns. Other projects are InsiDeX, Gifted, Lotus Finance, and more.

Looking ahead, Sui aims to support more builders by offering additional programs in the coming year. The Sui ecosystem is experiencing significant growth, boosting its TVL and transaction volume, while it continues to strengthen market presence through key integrations and partnerships despite recent controversies.
