New Rules for Crypto Wallets on Telegram

Under the new partnership with the TON Foundation, Telegram now requires all third-party crypto wallets to use TON Connect as their sole connection protocol. This protocol enables secure interaction between wallets and decentralized applications (dApp) built on TON.

Transition to TON Ecosystem

The partnership establishes TON as the official blockchain platform for Telegram services, compelling Mini Apps currently using other blockchains to transition to TON by February 21. This entails migrating smart contracts, bridging existing assets, and exclusively adopting TON Connect.
