The official Crypto Loss Claims Portal opened on March 31, 2025. All creditors must submit claims by April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
How to File a Claim
Creditors must register via the official portal at claims.terra.money. Registration involves providing proof of asset ownership, such as signed blockchain transactions or read-only API keys from cryptocurrency exchanges. A completed Crypto Loss Claim Form with detailed documentation must be submitted.
