The resort spans 300,000 square meters along the Timor coastline, combining research development, leisure, and entertainment. The first construction phase, covering 26,000 square meters, is expected to be completed within 18 months.

AB Resort will allocate 5% to 10% of its annual net profits to the AB Charity Foundation, supporting philanthropic initiatives and technology. Bertie Ahern, Chair of the foundation, stated that the resort will provide the global blockchain community with an immersive environment for research and development.
