Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG), operator of the Truth Social media platform and the Truth+ video platform, announced today that it has applied to register trademarks for new investment products under the Truth.Fi brand, starting this year.

Trademark Registrations for Truth.Fi

In a press release, TMTG revealed it submitted six applications for trademarks related to their new investment offerings, including the Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus ETF. The registered names include: Truth.Fi Made in America ETF, Truth.Fi Made in America SMA, Truth.Fi U.S. Energy Independence ETF, Truth.Fi U.S. Energy Independence SMA, Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus ETF, and Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus SMA. These offerings will be part of the new Truth.Fi brand, focused on financial services and technology.

TMTG's Strategy and Partnerships

The launch of these new investment vehicles is a key part of TMTG’s strategy, which involves a $250 million investment managed by Charles Schwab, partnering with TMTG in the development of the SMAs. The company has also signed a services and licensing agreement with an affiliate of Yorkville Advisors. Pending necessary approvals, Yorkville will serve as the Registered Investment Advisor for these new financial vehicles, leading product development and regulatory navigation.

Venturing into the Crypto Space

TMTG CEO and Chairman Devin Nunes stated that their goal is to offer investors opportunities in American energy, manufacturing, and companies that provide a competitive alternative to 'woke' funds and debanking issues. They are also exploring different strategies, including bitcoin, to continue refining their products to align with America First values. Additionally, Donald Trump’s World Liberty Financial is actively expanding in the crypto space, holding $34.8 million in crypto assets, with significant stakes in Tron (TRX), staked Ethereum, and Ethereum (ETH).

TMTG is preparing to launch new investment products under the Truth.Fi brand, aiming to expand its presence in the financial services sector. The company collaborates with top partners and seeks to offer unique investment opportunities supporting the American economy and technological innovation.
