Donald Trump’s World Liberty Financial (WLFI) has announced investments totaling $336 million in nine cryptocurrencies, marking a significant event in the crypto market.

WLFI, backed by the Trump family, has developed a diversified crypto portfolio. According to on-chain data, the fund includes Ethereum (ETH), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), Tron (TRX), Chainlink (LINK), Aave (AAVE), Ethena (ENA), Movement (MOVE), Ondo (ONDO), and Sei (SEI). This strategic mix encompasses layer-1 blockchains, DeFi platforms, and liquidity tokens.
Latest $21.5 Million Acquisitions
On March 6, WLFI executed a significant crypto purchase worth $21.5 million, including 4,468 ETH for $10 million, 110.6 WBTC for $10 million, and 3.42 million MOVE for $1.5 million. The purchases were made using USDC from a multi-signature wallet, with $3.5 million still unspent.
Total Assets of WLFI Fund
As of March 6, data from Arkham Intelligence shows WLFI's total wallet holdings at $80.14 million, including 7,091 ETH valued at $16.31 million, 162.69 WBTC worth $14.96 million, 13.2 million Tether (USDT), 4,972 staked ETH amounting to $11.4 million, 40.71 million TRX valued at $10 million, and 7.58 million MOVE valued at $3.63 million. WLFI also holds Ondo (ONDO), USDC, and WhiteRock.
The recent investments coincide with Trump’s initiative to build a strategic crypto reserve, sparking both support and criticism over potential conflict of interest concerns.
