DeFi Technologies' subsidiary Valour has reported a significant increase in assets under management, surpassing $1 billion as of July 22, 2025. This growth comes amid rising investor interest in regulated cryptocurrency investment vehicles.
Growth of Valour's Assets Under Management
As of July 22, 2025, Valour's assets under management exceeded $1 billion, representing a 31% increase since May 30, 2025. This reflects a rebound in the digital asset market and an increasing interest from investors in regulated investment products.
Portfolio Expansion and International Partnerships
Valour is actively expanding its portfolio of exchange-traded products (ETPs), including major Layer 1 blockchains, staking tokens, and emerging cryptocurrencies. Its products are listed across multiple European exchanges, currently managing over 75 ETPs. To expedite international expansion, Valour is forming new partnerships in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Collaborations with AsiaNext and SovFi aim to introduce its ETPs to regulated exchanges in Singapore and other Asian markets. Meanwhile, a strategic partnership with Nairobi Securities Exchange is set to broaden digital asset investment opportunities. In Turkey, Valour is working with Misyon Bank to offer Bitcoin and Ethereum ETPs through established local banking channels.
Company Financial Results for Q1 2025
In the first quarter of 2025, Valour generated $12.6 million in revenue, with $10 million from staking and lending and $2.6 million from management fees. The company retains an average yield of 8% on staked assets, allowing it to convert AUM into recurring income while maintaining profit margins.
Achieving the $1 billion AUM milestone reinforces Valour’s leadership in the regulated crypto ETP space. The company's overall strategy and active international partnerships are contributing to its strong market position.
