VMS Group manages assets totaling $4 billion and intends to invest $10 million in Re7 Capital's strategies. According to Elton Cheung, the firm has yet to finalize the total amount for this allocation. Cheung indicated that this decision is part of VMS Group's efforts to diversify its investments, spurred by growing demand and legislative support.

In recent years, asset managers have increasingly shifted investments into blockchain and cryptocurrency products, driven by rising institutional demand.
