WEMIX, the token of the WEMADE blockchain ecosystem, has announced a new recovery strategy centered on supply management, infrastructure improvements, and developer engagement.
Phase 1: Token Buyback
From March 14 to April 21, WEMIX executed a buyback of over 10 million tokens (approximately USD 7.5 million). The buyback was conducted using TWAP/VWAP and audited by a third party.
Phase 2: Future Buyback Plans
On April 22, a second phase buyback was announced, aiming to repurchase an additional 20 million tokens. Details will follow upon completion.
Infrastructure Upgrade and New Games
The March infrastructure upgrade was completed to enhance security, performance, and scalability. Additionally, new Web3 game titles are under development with updated token models and increased network activity.
These initiatives follow a challenging first quarter marked by bridge-related volatility. WEMIX is taking actionable steps rooted in transparency and technical stability to preserve the long-term value of the token and community confidence.
