According to experts from the ChainArgos platform, Tether has added six more cryptocurrency wallets to its list of blocked wallets linked to cybersecurity incidents.

Experts note that these accounts are associated with hacks involving "several million dollars," although specific details are not provided.

It is interesting to note that among the largest counterparts that the wallets in the TRON network interacted with are several centralized exchanges, while Ethereum accounts were primarily used for direct settlements with other users.

Tether regularly blocks suspicious wallets. In late November 2023, the company froze addresses with assets totaling $225 million.

Earlier in October, 32 wallets with tokens worth $873 million were blocked. The company stated that these accounts were used for money laundering and financing terrorism.
