HEAL-Ⅲ is a health application with gamification elements. Users can earn native tokens UHT (Utility Health Token) by engaging in health-related activities in the real world using NFT clothing. Earned UHT tokens can be used in the app for leveling up or cleansing NFTs. Additionally, UHT can be used to participate in missions within the app and exchange them for coupons. Enjoy life with HEAL-Ⅲ and form healthy habits!

Getting Started with HEAL-Ⅲ
To start using the HEAL-Ⅲ app, you first need to download it from the App Store if you have an iOS device, or from the Play Store for Android devices. Once you have access to the app on your device, the next step will be to register in HEAL-Ⅲ, where you can customize your avatar as you wish. It's important to remember that once the avatar is saved, it cannot be changed.
Next, you will need to connect your Metamask wallet to the app. Make sure you already have a Metamask account before starting registration. After registering and connecting your wallet, transfer ASTR to it to buy NFT clothing on the market. Visit the product site's market and select a clothing box, ensuring you have enough ASTR to make the purchase.
After purchasing the clothing box, don't forget to open it to use the NFT in the app. Wearing outerwear, underwear, and shoes from the clothing list in the app will help you accumulate energy and prepare for physical exercises, becoming part of your healthy lifestyle with HEAL-Ⅲ.
NFT Parameters
Clothing parameters include several key aspects that affect gameplay and interaction with the HEAL-Ⅲ app:
- Advantages: This parameter plays a crucial role in earning UHT (Utility Health Token). The higher the advantage points, the more UHT you can earn for the energy spent.
- Luck: Determines the frequency of receiving items during events in the app, missions, etc.
- Popularity: Will have a significant impact in future app updates.
- Durability: Affects the rate of decrease in clothing's cleansing value. High durability slows down this decrease, which is important for maintaining clothing's efficiency in the long term.
- Types of clothing: Users can dress their avatar in one piece of each type of clothing: outerwear, underwear, and shoes.
- Colors of clothing: The efficiency of earning UHT does not depend on the color, but campaigns or missions may be organized where this will matter. Colors include: red, blue, yellow, green.
- Rarity of clothing: There are five levels of rarity that affect the attributes of clothing at creation. Attributes are determined randomly within set minimum and maximum values.
- Level of clothing: Clothing can be upgraded using UHT. Each level requires a different amount of UHT for enhancement and adds additional attribute points that can be distributed among the clothing parameters.
These parameters create a unique user interaction system with the app, providing various ways to earn and use UHT, as well as influencing the strategy for developing and improving your avatar in HEAL-Ⅲ.
HEAL-Ⅲ Energy System
The energy system serves as a key element in the process of earning UHT, acting as the physical stamina of the avatar. To earn UHT, energy must be expended, however, exercises can still be performed even after the energy supply is depleted.
The system for energy expenditure and recovery involves the following principles: for every minute of exercise, 0.2 units of energy are consumed, while recovery is 25% of the total energy reserve at a predetermined time.
The amount of available energy is determined by two key factors: the rarity of the owned NFTs and the number of NFTs in each type of clothing. A set is considered to have outerwear, underwear, and shoes. For example, having one item of outerwear, two items of underwear, and three pairs of shoes is considered one set of clothing.
The maximum energy limit is 10 units, and this indicator does not depend on the energy bonuses received.
As for NFTs acquired during special events through the Event Clothing Box, such items participate in receiving the set bonus, but do not affect the rarity bonus of items.
Creating Clothing through Evolution
Evolution is the process of combining two NFTs to obtain an NFT of higher rarity. In this process, some parameters of the non-fungible tokens may be inherited and enhanced through the original NFTs. The success of evolution depends on the rarity and is limited by the maximum number of evolutions associated with clothing. There is also an upper limit on using clothing as material.
Why undergo evolution?
- Reset parameters related to damage.
- Increase energy through the rarity bonus.
- Increase distribution points when leveling up clothing.
- Increase some maximum values.
Conditions for evolution:
- The type of clothing for the Base NFT and Material NFT must match.
- The level of both NFTs must be at least 5.
- The cleansing values of both NFTs must be 100.
- The evolution limit of the Base NFT has not been reached.
- The material limit of the Material NFT has not been reached.
The probability of success depends on the rarity before evolution. The chance of success can be increased by choosing a higher percentage of disappearance for the Material NFT.
Quality before | Quality after | Success at 0% | Success at 25% | Success at 50% | Success at 75% | Success at 100% |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Common | Uncommon | 8% | 20% | 40% | 60% | 80% |
Uncommon | Rare | 6% | 15% | 30% | 45% | 60% |
Rare | Very Rare | 5% | 12.5% | 25% | 37.5% | 50% |
Very Rare | Legendary | 4% | 10% | 20% | 30% | 40% |
In case of unsuccessful evolution, UHT costs are consumed, the Base NFT remains unchanged, and the Material NFT is lost according to the specified burning percentage.
Bonus distribution points are awarded for successful evolution. The size of the bonus depends on the level of the clothing:
- At level 10: 2% of the sum of 4 parameters and undistributed points.
- At level 15: 3% of the sum of 4 parameters and undistributed points.
- At level 20: 4% of the sum of 4 parameters and undistributed points.
- At level 30: 5% of the sum of 4 parameters and undistributed points.
Extended Tokenomics of the App
The team presents a unique tokenomics structure that serves as the foundation for our application built on the Astar blockchain. This structure includes two main types of tokens: a gameplay token (UHT) and a governance token (GHT), each of which plays a unique role in the app's ecosystem.
Developing the application on the Astar network opens up many opportunities for us.
Token burning is a key element of tokenomics. Developers aim to stimulate token burning not only through gameplay elements such as improving and upgrading items for avatars but also through various game missions and events. This creates additional value for the asset and encourages user engagement in the gameplay process. In addition to this, plans are in place to facilitate token burning through the app store, offering users the opportunity to exchange them for valuable coupons.
UHT is an unlimited supply token that users can earn by actively participating in various actions in the app, such as movement, sleep, and eating — the last two will become available soon. This underscores the team's goal of encouraging a healthy lifestyle among app users.
Overall, the project's tokenomics are designed to create a sustainable and engaged ecosystem that encourages users for active participation and contribution to a healthy lifestyle, while simultaneously supporting the stability and value of our tokens.
