Instaraise is building a DeFi universe on Tezos. The team supports projects to raise funds, build communities and turn their ideas into products.
About the Instaraise
Instaraise — the world's first decentralized Initial DEX Offering (IDO) platform, built on top of Tezos. The platform allows projects, based on tokens in Tezos to raise funds by creating a swap pool, based on a fixed token purchase rate. These so-called “fixed swap pools” have many advantages for token sale investors over traditional fundraising models such as ICOs, IEOs and IDOs (Initial DEX Offerings).
With Instaraise, Tezos projects will be able to raise and exchange capital cheaply and quickly, and users will be able to participate in a safe and compliant environment. The instant provision of liquidity (in Quipuswap) is provided in a secure way, using smart contracts.
Distinctive features:
1 | Low gas fees and ongoing support for the ecosystem have made Defi development on Tezos a big attraction. Instaraise provides a platform for defi products on the tezos network to raise capital through token pre-sales. |
2 | Instaraise will give holders and stakers priority in tokens, using a "Pool Weight Score", allowing retail investors to participate. |
3 | The Instaraise presale platform will solve this problem by blocking liquidity. These current manual measures are automated and trustless with Instaraise smart contracts. They make raising liquidity useless for attackers. |
Anyone can use the presale infrastructure and use the owner console to start a presale with validated smart contracts. The pre-sales support console will be very flexible from the point of view of project owners.

For a private sale, member addresses must be whitelisted either by the project owners or by the pool's weighted valuation. The weighted pool score is calculated as the pool score for the user, calculated by the wagered amount, and the amount is intervaled. Both parameters affect the score. Public sales are open to all participants, but each participant has a fixed pool size, i.e. only a fixed amount that they can invest in the pool, set by the project owner in the smart contract.
