MetaGameHub is a community governed project (DAO) with the vision to make NFTs, especially Metaverse related NFTs, more accessible to anyone having access to a blockchain network. MGH solves multiple problems the NFT space is currently facing: - Illiquidity, since NFTs cannot be traded as easily as regular ERC-20 tokens - Price intransparency, resulting from a lack of valuation models - The lack of NFT fractionalization methods, together with high asset prices and gas fees make diversification hard, as well as inefficient. - Lack of utilization, since once an NFT is bought, it mostly stays idle until it gets sold again. MGH solves these problems by providing NFT Pools (consisting initially of metaverse lands) to give users the possibility to participate in the broad Metaverse NFT space with a single transaction. NFT holders can also benefit from the NFT pools since they can stake their assets to passively earn network rewards without losing ownership over their NFT. Furthermore, MGH uses the AI NFT valuation algorithm to offer pricing datasets on the Ocean Marketplace and brings this data on-chain by operating a Chainlink Node, which enables a new way of integrating NFTs into DeFi protocols.
