About Lava Financial

$LAVA — a pseudo-crowdfunded venture capital token that allows Lava Financial to grow its coffers. The received funds will help to generate income for the treasury and investors. In the period, leading up to the transition to Stage 2, the team will use numerous investment strategies and income generating methods. During this time, the team may decide to distribute USDC to node owners as an initial means of distributing revenue. $LAVA will be initially a deflationary token with a limited supply of 10 million tokens. When creating a node by using $LAVA, 10% will be burned.

Other features:

1 The protocol will be able to support ~100% of nLAVA payouts and will be fully self-sustaining with revenue, generated from sister projects, treasury farming, reasonable taxes and royalties.
2 Buy $LAVA directly from the market and craft one of three node levels.
3 Users can create a node, using $USDC or $LAVA-$USDC LP tokens, with additional options, added over time such as $WAVAX, $wETH, $wBTC, etc.

For users who cannot purchase the entire node, Lava will offer flexible nodes with a minimum deposit of $1 LAVA and daily rewards of 0.5%. One of the unique elements of Lava's flexible nodes is that users can continue to deposit, move up and join into a full node. This means smaller wallets can participate with minimal upfront costs and get a larger wallet. Full node users will be able to contribute rewards to their flexible nodes and earn additional rewards for their existing rewards.

More about defi app

In Lava, users will be able to progress to the highest level of nodes through a process we call node merging. For example, by merging two Fuji nodes into one Krakatoa, you will get consistently higher daily returns for just a small merger fee. This gives users of any wallet size the opportunity to work, providing more flexibility to the protocol as a whole.
