Following the play-and-earn model, everyone can earn tokens for skillful gameplay and contribution to the ecosystem, as well as simply enjoying an addictive gameplay. COSMIC and MAGIC, the utility and governance tokens of the Cosmic project, will be integrated into the game as well as a native NFT marketplace that will be created for game assets such as characters, lands, items and game magic cards.
By exploring the kingdom, collecting resources, constructing structures and settlements, and constantly decorating and upgrading them (each parcel is 50m x 50m and represented by the NFT HRC-721), players can work their way up the 13 Ascension Ladder levels. The higher the level of the player, the more experience they get and the more access to new features, improved buildings, VIP areas, pets and much more.

Cosmic Universe is being developed, using Unreal Engine 4, to create an immersive stylized world and third-person gameplay. This will make it significantly more attractive and graphically advanced than most modern blockchain games (which tend to be 2D). It will also make it much more suitable for events, including festivals, hunting, epic open world exploration and quests, and more in addition to the main aspects of exploration and building.

The Cosmic Universe metaverse is infinitely scalable, adding as many new planets and races as needed to match the number of players who want to play the game. The first released land maps will be on the home planet: Krypton. In total, the planet will consist of 7 ground maps. The space island will be the central and largest land map and will be the first to be released. It exists as the source of all magic on the planet, and the Tree of Magic is located in the center of the island. The space island will be surrounded by 6 smaller islands/land cards, one for each root race. NFTs will be central and integral elements of the Cosmic Universe and two main types of NFTs (land and character) will be required to play.
