DeFi JUST Basics
The TRON network offers a variety of quality assets, but most of them are not suitable for everyday use due to their high volatility. JUST is working with USDJ, a new currency, generated through decentralized smart contracts on the TRON network.
USDJ is generated by depositing collateral assets in CDP in the following steps:
| Obtaining collateral assets | Exchange TRX, which is the only collateral asset, accepted by the system at the moment. |
| Creation of CDP for placement of collateralized assets | Submit a transaction to JUST to create a CDP and then submit another transaction for escrow, collateral and token generation. |
| Generating USDJ via CDP | The CDP owner sends a transaction to indicate the USDJ amount. Meanwhile, the same amount of debt will be created, and the collateral asset is blocked and unavailable for repayment until you pay off the debt. |
In order to pay off the collateral, the debt must be settled by USDJ, paid by using the JUST platform token. Finally, CDP holders can send a transaction to the platform to receive all collateral assets. Any remaining value minus debt and liquidated damages will be retained in CDP for withdrawal.
