According to Clay, the meme coin's team made commitments to develop the decentralized application two years ago, but he pointed out that there has been minimal progress in this regard.

Citing a recent team update, Clay described how ShibaSwap 2.0 was portrayed as a sophisticated platform set to break boundaries. He also highlighted that the team introduced two features, Shiba Name Service and Shib Magazines, before the deployment of ShibaSwap 2.0, even though the launch date remained uncertain.

Clay envisioned ShibaSwap 2.0 as a potential "super app," where community members could spend their time instead of using traditional social networks like Instagram and Facebook. He emphasized that the development of this application could lead to significant growth within the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

However, ClayBro observed that the SHIB team did not disclose the reasons for the continued delay of Shib Swap 2.0 in their latest update. According to Clay, this suggests that the Shiba Inu team may have shifted their focus away from their primary goal. He emphasized that while recent developments such as Shibarium and the partnership with Manny Pacquiao are positive, the team should prioritize enhancing the token's value and providing more utility for the community.

Clay also raised questions about whether ShibaSwap 2.0's primary feature would only allow community members to stake their tokens. Additionally, he noted that Shiba Inu had experienced a recent pullback in its rally.
