Hong Kong-based Animoca Brands has acquired the status of the largest blockchain validator of The Open Network (TON) and announced plans to invest in GameFi projects based on the TON ecosystem. In addition, Animoca Brands will provide strategic support for the TON Play project, which allows game apps to be created in TON and launched in Telegram, as well as migrating existing games to the messenger. The company will also develop an analytics platform for blockchain-based applications and create a proprietary analytics dashboard for the TON ecosystem.

TON Foundation's Director of Development, Justin Hen, emphasized the importance of Animoca Brands' investment, calling it an important step into the next era of blockchain-based gaming. His statement is supported by Animoca Brands' plans to raise $50 million in investment.

The TON coin's 2% growth in the last 24 hours indicates the market's positive perception of this event, emphasizing the significance of Animoca Brands' step in the world of blockchain gaming and investment in the TON ecosystem.
