Axie Classic Guilds are now activated, and registration for the Grand Tournament is already available. Every owner of a Ronin network address can now create their own guild for 8 AXS.

Sky Mavis has announced the launch of guilds for Axie Infinity Classic, giving everyone the opportunity to create their own guild using AXS tokens. To create a guild, which can have up to 60 members, you need to deposit 8 AXS through the App.axie Classic portal, where SLP withdrawals are already available.

AXS withdrawals will become available in about two weeks. Each wallet address can create only one guild, but there is also the option to join guilds created by the community. Currently, all guilds are at level 1, limiting their capacity to 60 members. In the future, developers plan to introduce the ability to level up guilds to increase their capacity.

Guild members can share up to six axies by placing them in the Guild Vault. These axies will be locked until the second daily reset at 00:00 UTC over the next 48 hours, after which they can be rented for 20 gold per day. There are plans to increase the number of axies that can be shared in the future.

Developers promise to add new features for guilds, including a guild chat that will allow players to communicate with each other directly in the game. For now, it is not possible to delete or rename your guild.

Registration for the Grand Tournament is open, and guild members are encouraged to apply. Participating in the tournament will give the opportunity to earn guild points, which will be added to the guild leaderboard, scheduled for March 21st. Points earned before this date will be reset.
