In its official statement, Coinbase International, the futures trading platform affiliated with the United States' largest cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase, has declared its intention to include the following altcoins: Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Stellar (XLM).

Trading for these pairs is set to commence on November 30th at 13:00 CET.

This move marked a significant departure for Coinbase, which had not shown much interest in the futures market until now. Historically, the company primarily focused on the spot market. The introduction of Coinbase International, designed for futures trading, represents a strategic effort to attract users beyond the United States and gain a foothold in the offshore exchange market.

In the realm of cryptocurrency futures trading, many users have traditionally turned to offshore exchanges like Binance and Bybit, which offer a wider range of options. In contrast, Coinbase International is still in the process of listing specific altcoins and does not offer most of the pairs available in the spot market.
