Matt Hougan's Prediction
Bitwise’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Matt Hougan said in a recent interview with Yahoo Finance that if the United States were to adopt Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset, the price of Bitcoin could skyrocket to $500,000. He added that the US adopting BTC as a reserve asset or similar actions by other countries would cause a huge increase in the value of Bitcoin.
Altcoin Potential
Matt Hougan also drew attention to altcoins with upward potential. He mentioned that Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Polygon (MATIC) could experience significant growth. Hougan noted that investors are no longer focused solely on Bitcoin, and that the altcoin market is starting to attract more attention.
