    Launch Announcement

EasyA, a leading educational platform in the blockchain sector, in collaboration with Polkadot, announced the launch of EasyA x Polkadot University. It will be the first university in the world dedicated solely to training future blockchain developers. EasyA alumni have already founded companies valued at over $2.5 billion. The new university aims to attract new talent to the Polkadot ecosystem and spur the launch of new projects on the platform.

    University Policy and Mission

The mission of EasyA x Polkadot University is to harness the talent within universities worldwide and direct it towards the development of the Polkadot ecosystem. The university will conduct workshops, hackathons, and demo days to educate students and assist in launching their projects on the Polkadot platform.

“EasyA has a proven track record of nurturing founders who go on to create leading projects, backed by top venture funds like a16z, YC, and Founders Fund. The EasyA x Polkadot University is all about inspiring the next wave of those founders to launch their projects on Polkadot,” said Phil Kwok, CEO and Co-Founder of EasyA.

    Founders' Experience

EasyA’s founders, Phil and Dom Kwok, have a wealth of experience in both blockchain and business. They began their journey into blockchain back in 2013 and have seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t over the past decade. Phil was a scholar at the University of Cambridge and one of the youngest people ever to pass the New York bar exam. Dom studied at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was also a scholar before working at Goldman Sachs and the private investment firm Blackstone.

The launch of EasyA x Polkadot University marks a new era in blockchain education: a place where the world’s best developers will create the next phase of the internet.
