Famous Web3 developers of the popular blockchain game Axie Infinity by Sky Mavis are actively contributing to the promotion of the Ronin blockchain. For this purpose, representatives of the company have entered into a new partnership agreement. The organization's leadership announced an agreement with Singaporean game developers from Foonie Magus to integrate a new game called Apeiron.
The CEO and co-founder of Sky Mavis, Trung Nguyen, expressed the company's ambition to become a leading platform for the development and expansion of Web3 capabilities.
Since the beginning of 2022, restoring Ronin's reputation has been the primary goal for Sky Mavis. At that time, the well-known hacker group Lazarus Group from North Korea stole over $600 million in cryptocurrency from the Axie Infinity platform. The integration of Apeiron into the Ronin blockchain is one of Sky Mavis' attempts to expand its ecosystem. In March of this year, the company announced the launch of four new products on the network.
The CEO of Foonie Magus, Frank Cheng, noted that when searching for the perfect blockchain platform, the company prioritizes games and supports individual projects, and Ronin is at the top of the list. He also mentioned that representatives of Sky Mavis have shown a deep understanding of the needs of network product developers.
According to the information, Apeiron is a card game with a video component. A demo version of the game can be downloaded from the Epic Game Store. The main launch of the mobile version is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
