In early November, scammers attacked the Deribit exchange. This was announced by representatives of the site on their Twitter page. As a result, about $28 million was stolen from the hot wallet.

According to clarified data, hackers sent part of the funds to Tornado Cash, which is a decentralized crypto mixer. Thus, it was possible to process about $2.5 million. It is worth noting that Tornado Cash was added to the US sanctions list in August.

Analysts from the PeckShield Cyber Security Authority determined that cryptocurrencies from Deribit were sent to an address with funds, reaching 7,501 ETH ($11.8 million).

Earlier it became known that the Gala Games token collapsed by 25% due to fears of a multi-million dollar hack.
