Roofstock, an online real estate rental marketplace, which runs on the Origin protocol, put up a house for sale that was available for purchase by using NFT. The property, valued at $175,000, is located in Columbia, South Carolina.

One of the main advantages of such a sale is the elimination of intermediary commissions. The co-founder of Origin noted that the real estate industry is increasingly entering the cryptocurrency market.

Web3 has a number of advantages and makes the process of working with real estate more efficient, simple and reliable.

Adam Slipakoff became the buyer of the house in South Carolina. He noted that the deal was completed with one click, without wasting time on contacting banks and collecting documents.

Recall that the Blur NFT platform was recently launched. In honor of this, the developers reward their participants.
