The UK authorities have taken a number of measures, aimed at regulating the restrictions, regarding crypto-advertising. As a result, the bill was approved by the legal committee of the parliament. A number of rules were approved without further discussion.

It is worth noting that the UK government has long been involved in the control of the cryptosphere. Earlier, a law on mandatory licensing of blockchain companies was introduced. Now, the rules have affected the publication of content, related to the cryptocurrency industry. The government promises that attention will be paid only to the protection of investors, so the business will not suffer. The authorities do not intend to destroy the blockchain industry. For example, London plans to develop in the crypto-currency area and attract startups and investments in digital assets.

As part of the new bill, the possibilities of advertisers are limited, and stablecoins are also legalized as payment. Companies that do not have a license will not be able to operate in the country.

Earlier it became known that the OKX crypto exchange received a license in the Bahamas and is recruiting new employees.
