Description of the Bounce project
Towards a fully decentralized financial environment, the DeFi community has made tremendous progress by introducing elegant economic constructs. This is what prompted the developer to create bounce.finance.
After the pool creator creates the pool, people can come and use ETH to auction and receive tokens. The participant needs to send an ETH transaction to the pool address. The swap is considered successful if the accumulated ETH deposit in the pool is less than or equal to the bounce rate, which is the maximum amount of ETH. Any additional ETH deposit if the accumulated ETH deposit exceeds the maximum ETH amount will be refunded and sent back to the sender's addresses.
There are two types of bounce pools:
| Fixed ratio swap | The exchange ratio between the tokens of the pool creator and ETH is permanently fixed. The user will receive the exchanged tokens after confirming their ETH. If the accumulated amount of ETH does not reach the bounce rate after the time expires, the uncanceled tokens will go back to the pool creator. |
| Dynamic exchange ratio | The exchange rate depends on the number of tokens of the creators of the pool and the amount of ETH in the pool. If the accumulated amount of ETH does not reach the bounce rate after the expiration of time, all tokens of the creators of the pool will be replaced with the accumulated ETH in the pool, and the tokens will not be returned to the creator. |
The token will help with management. This includes deciding which tokens or coins the pool creators can exchange. In addition, the overall supply and daily liquidity rewards are subject to change in line with the corporate governance proposal.
