Connext BSC — an interoperability protocol that enables developers to create fully expressive cross-domain applications (xApps) with a focus on security.

Connext BSC operates through the non-custodial Xchain Transfer Protocol (NXTP) for its cross-chain transfer without depending on any external validator.
The NXTP model consists of a blocking pattern, autonomous routers and an SDK. The lock pattern prepares the transaction and executes it. The offline router passes call data between chains, and the SDK requests an on-chain transaction.
You can use Connext to create cross-chain applications (xapps) such as:
| 1. | Bridges to transfer value between blockchains. |
| 2. | DeFi internetwork protocols. |
| 3. | Network independent NFTs and more. |
Connext uses nxtp and routers as the liquidity and transport layers of the stack. The team is partnering with Nomad to provide a level of messaging. It helps to achieve modular compatibility with cross-chain communication.
