EchoSwap — a transparent organization that is governed by smart contracts and fixed protocols, controlled by the Echelon team and board members (token holders) on the Binance chain. Echelon DAO provides a transparent digital ledger for all contributors, investors or outside parties to see the DAO's work. All decisions, made in or by the Echelon DAO, will first be proposed and voted on by the Echelon DAO team members and community token holders, and then implemented by the Echelon team, using certain fixed protocols.

About the EchoSwap project
EchoSwap helps to prevent the principal and agent dilemma. The principal-agent dilemma occurs when an agent of any organization has the ability to make decisions on behalf of another person or entity that could lead to negative impact. This dilemma usually arises when the agent acts in his own interests as opposed to the interests of the organization.
Some features of the project:
| 1 | EchoSwap — a group of people whose interactions are governed by a set of self-acting open source protocols and smart contracts. |
| 2 | The core team and users of Echelon are not bound by any legal entity or any formal legal contract, but are fully motivated and driven by the usefulness of the ECHO token and the rewards. |
| 3 | The only regulatory law, presented in the Echelon DAO, is the decentralized and transparent protocol and smart contracts governing actions, taken by the Echelon team and no one else. |
Echelon DAO does not have a single point of control or failure. There is no central control, there is only indirect coordination between DAO members. The ECHO token provides governance and utility, shared with the community through the Echelon DAO. Each individual ECHO represents one management voting right in the Echelon DAO.
Participating ECHO users will also receive incentives to participate in the DAO.
