LaProp allows you to invest in tokens, representing the rights to profits, generated from the use of rent, and the sale of real estate, purchased by La Prop. These investments, which are intangible assets under Colombian law, are represented by cryptographic tokens (La Prop Tokens), a series of digital smart contract tokens, based on the Ethereum blockchain, which comply with the modified ERC20 standard to comply with transfer restriction and security requirements.
How to earn income in LaPtop?
LaProp accepts investors from all over the world, except for citizens or residents of the United States of America, North Korea, Iran and Afghanistan. For each property, LaProp tokens are created and purchased by the coin defi community. These tokens give you access to income streams from property rentals and property sales.
Verification and payment:

Some conditions apply to the buyer, however, to ensure that LaProp is financially compliant, most importantly, the buyer will also need to complete KYC.
Usually, the rent is paid monthly, but for some properties a weekly payment is being considered. You can sell your tokens.
