LendMi — a lending platform for the FILCOIN ecosystem. It connects the mining circle and the DEFI circle of currencies to generate higher foreign exchange returns for investors.

Description of the LendMi project
LendMi attracts Fil through decentralized lending, lends Fil to mining nodes and distributes rewards to investors. Due to the stable production volume, investors can be guaranteed a fixed income. On the other hand, to ensure the validity of the pledged node assets, the community will select large nodes (high value) and require the nodes to pawn the private key of the node in order to maintain control over the node (control rights can be verified by the miner's signature).
The platform management rights will also take the form of DAO governance. In this lending platform, the investor is the FIL holder and the lender is the mining pool / node.
Features of use for the investor:
| 1 | The FIL investor places the FIL (HFIL) into the smart contract via the wallet and starts accruing interest immediately. |
| 2 | When making a deposit, investors can choose between “current deposit” or “fixed deposit”. Demand deposits can be made or withdrawn at any time, and fixed deposits can be highly profitable. |
| 3 | The user can withdraw the income, received from the smart contract at any time. |
After passing the assessment, the node must pass the node's secret key to LendMi to ensure that the income, generated by the node, and control of the assets in the node are in the hands of LendMi. The platform that gains control will periodically refund mining rewards to the smart contract so that investors can withdraw their profits at any time.
