About the Lottery on Chains project
Each sold ticket contributes to the current prize pool. At the same time, 10% of the ticket price goes to the next lottery prize fund. The lottery will end when the countdown timer reaches zero. The smart contract logic will randomly select a winner. The winner takes all the money. At the end of the lottery, the platform will burn all tickets. And a new lottery will appear.
Features of use:
| 1 | To take part in the lottery, you need to buy a ticket. |
| 2 | You can buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning. But only one ticket wins. |
| 3 | Connect your wallet to buy a new ticket or view your current tickets. Important: If you win, you need to claim your rewards (small commission required). More blockchains are coming soon. |
After the time expires, the game will be closed. After that, players can no longer buy new tickets. The contract starts a draw to determine which of the previously sold lottery tickets is the winner.
In the new version of Chainlink VRF will be used as RNG. After the winner is determined, the prize fund is blocked as unclaimed, and only the winner can claim it. Unclaimed prizes are stored in the contract memory for an indefinite period and can be claimed at any time. At the end of the game, all tickets are burned and a new game begins.
