Sale of options
At NFTation, artists have two options for selling their digital art. The first — selling at a fixed price, and the second — through auctions. When someone bids on the minimum amount, specified by the artist, an auction starts and continues for 24 hours at that price. This continues until the time for the highest bid runs out. Artists can choose how they want to market their art.
Artists sell their digital art and benefit from initial sales, however, as art creators, they also receive ongoing royalties from future sales of their work. Thus, when buyers continue to sell digital art, a portion of the sales is automatically transferred to the creator's account as royalties. Each further sale of their artwork benefits creators with NFTs.
