RenVM is designed with meticulous attention to ease of use and can offer its own user interface where users are only required to commit one transaction from one chain. Such a transaction can run arbitrarily complex logic that spans many applications, many assets and, most importantly, many chains.

Description of the RenVM project
Ren — an evolution of the technology behind the Republic Protocol in its most useful and general form. It will be much more than the Republic Protocol and will give developers the ability to build trustless decentralized applications with a particular focus on financial applications.
Anyone can use RenVM to send any asset to any application in any chain in any quantity. The platform is well protected: large connections, large segment sizes and constant shuffling make RenVM extremely difficult to attack even for irrational opponents. Algorithmic fee adjustments automatically scale its capacity to meet demand and ensure an optimal user experience.
Features of use:
| Multilateral lending | Use your existing non-storage smart contracts to secure cross-network assets. |
| Transfer cross-chain assets to your DEX | Integrate cross-chain assets like Bitcoin and Zcash into your existing DEX or liquidity pool infrastructure. |
| Cross-chain over-the-counter trading | Large volume OTC traders no longer run the risk of counterparties, not completing the trade. |
RenVM helps to replace fully trusted third party organizations, providing equivalent functionality, but using the Darknodes decentralized network. RenVM allows you to create an order matching engine that is faster and supports more order types, as well as settlement levels that maintain privacy and can interact between blockchains without blocking funds.
