Description of the Sakeperp project
SakeSwap — a fork of Uniswap and Sushiswap, but with some key enhancements. The SAKE token has two functions that provide SAKE holders with management rights and a portion of the fees, paid to the protocol. In the end, the owners of SAKE will own the protocol. SAKE tokens can give liquidity providers and traders the right to continue to benefit from protocol development, which means that early participants will be significant stakeholders in SakeSwap. Meanwhile, SakeSwap uses deflation tokenomics to support the price of the token from a structural point of view.
Some features:
| 1 | Unlike the SUSHI token, which has an unlimited total volume, the developers have set a limited total volume for the SAKE token to avoid dilution and maintain the sustainability of the project. |
| 2 | SakeSwap follows the distribution of the SushiSwap transaction fee, namely, 0.25% goes directly to active liquidity providers, and the remaining 0.05% is converted back to SAKE (via SakeSwap, obviously). |
| 3 | 90% of the remaining 0.05% will be burned and the remaining 10% will be distributed to the SakeBar members who deposit their SAKE in the SakeBar. |
Instead of the arbitrageurs getting all slippage in Uniswap, the liquidity providers in Sakeperp are able to lock in profits that arbitrageurs would have received using virtual trading curves.
As a result, the remaining 50% will be divided among the liquidity providers. A 50% slippage opportunity for liquidity providers can increase LP revenue by up to 200%, compared to transaction fees as revenue.
