About SakeSwap BSC platform
The SAKE token has two functions, which have the right of SAKE holders to control rights and a portion of the fees, paid to the protocol. Ultimately, the SAKE owners will own the protocol.
SAKE tokens can entitle liquidity providers and traders to continue to benefit from the development of the protocol, which means that early adopters will be significant stakeholders in SakeSwap. Meanwhile, the platform includes deflation tokenomics to support the price of tokens from a structural point of view. Coin benefits:
| Total offer | Unlike the SUSHI token, which has an unlimited total volume, the company sets the SAKE token to a limited total volume to avoid dilution and maintain the sustainability of the project. The details of the SAKE token distribution are explained in the token distribution part. |
| Burn distribution and reward | SakeSwap BSC follows the distribution of SushiSwap transaction fees, with 0.25%, going directly to active liquidity providers, while the remaining 0.05% is converted back to SAKE. 90% of the remaining 0.05% will be burned and the remaining 10% will be distributed to SakeBar members who contribute their SAKE to the SakeBar. |
Instead of the arbiters, buying all slippage in Uniswap, liquidity providers can make a profit that arbiters would otherwise catch, using virtual trading curves. In the case of spatial arbitrage, AMM collects 50% of the slippage from arbitrage traders. The remaining 50% will go to the liquidity providers. 50% throughput of liquidity providers can increase LP revenue by up to 200%, compared to transaction fees as revenue.
