Trapeza Protocol — a decentralized reserve currency protocol. Trapeza aims to become a true reserve currency, based on balanced growth.

About Trapeza Protocol
Trapeza Protocol — a decentralized reserve currency protocol, available on BSC (Binance Smart Chain), based on FIDL token. Each FIDL token is backed by a basket of assets (e.g. BUSD, wBNB, FIDL-BUSD LP, etc.) in the Trapeza protocol treasury, giving it an intrinsic value below which it cannot fall. The Trapeza protocol also brings unique economic and game-theoretic dynamics to the market through staking and binding.
The developers believe that in the long term, this system can help to optimize stability and consistency so that FIDL can function as a global unit of account and medium-of-exchange currency. In the short term, the team intends to optimize the system for growth and wealth creation.
Market participants have two main strategies - staking and binding:
| 1 | Stakers stake their FIDL tokens in exchange for more FIDL tokens. |
| 2 | Obligators provide LP or BUSD tokens in exchange for discounted FIDL tokens after a fixed vesting period. |
The main benefit for stakers comes from increased supply. The protocol mints new FIDL tokens from the treasury, most of which is distributed among the participants. Thus, profits for stakers will come from their auto-adding balances, although price risk remains an important factor. That is, if the increase in the balance of tokens outpaces the potential drop in price (due to inflation), the stakers will profit.
This income is in the FIDL and the guarantor's profit will depend on the price of the FIDL at maturity of the bond. Bonds benefit from rising or static FIDL prices.
Additional information about defi app
At a high level, the Trapeza Protocol consists of protocol-driven treasury, protocol-owned liquidity (POL), a bond mechanism and staking rewards that help to control supply expansion. The bond sales generate profits for the protocol, and the Treasury uses the profits to create FIDLs and distribute them to stakers. With LPs (liquidity bonds), the protocol can accumulate its own liquidity. An introductory document has been published on the site. With its help, each participant can study the features of the project and the rules of work.
