Resource Finance provides a comprehensive set of tools for creating distributed mutual credit systems that provide participants with access to profitable credit on extremely competitive terms, further joint trading and create a new kind of stablecoin that is a derivative.
About the Resource Finance project
At the heart of ReSource is a multilateral lending system that allows businesses to lend to each other in the form of goods and services. In fact, this means that participants in the system can get access to each other's goods and services in exchange for guarantees of providing their own goods and services of equal value to other participants in the network.
These tools distribute underwriting and risk management processes, creating a self-regulating stablecoin, where credit is granted, cleared and paid. This ensures that the supply of stablecoin units always matches the demand, placed on them by outstanding loans.
While resource-based mutual lending systems can vary considerably in terms of purpose, scope, monetary dynamics and lending policy, they all have common core elements:
| 1. | endogenously created stablecoins. |
| 2. | current accounts with overdraft support. |
| 3. | distributed underwriting and risk management. |
While rUSD, a stablecoin emerging from ReSource Network activities, is intended to be pegged to the US dollar, future projects may create their own trading networks, pegged to other assets, stable or otherwise, or, alternatively, opt to forego an external pegs to introduce your own free floating currency. Functioning independently in all major aspects, these retail chains have the means to interact with each other. This maximizes mutual benefit and prevents risk from flowing from one network to another.
More about defi app
The ReSource Network launches with R$, pegged to the US dollar. However, the ReSource protocol, on which many different networks of mutual credit can be built, offers and even suggests the use of freely floating currencies of mutual credit. These currencies derive their stability from internal market forces and maintain it no matter how fiat currencies behave.
