Argo Finance - the easiest way to stake CRO on Cronos and maximize the performance of your assets through liquid staking.

About Argo Finance
Argo — the leading liquid staking protocol, built on top of the Cronos blockchain. It aims to unlock the value of all staking CROs and maximize the efficiency of CRO capital in the Crypto.com ecosystem. The CRO stake has been a very attractive and low-risk way to generate returns on top of your CRO holdings, offering users 10-12% APY on the staked CROs. However, staked CROs are essentially locked in and out of reach for stakers. Stakers who wish to unlock their CRO will have to wait for a 28-day decoupling period before their CRO becomes available again.
On the other hand, liquid CRO staking improves capital efficiency without sacrificing network security. This is made possible by the issuance of linked CROs (“bCROs”), which are liquid staking derivatives that represent your staking CROs and can be used within the DeFi ecosystem at Cronos to generate additional DeFi yield.
Vision of Argo Finance:
| 1. | Unleash the value of CRO staking for use in the Cronos ecosystem and improve the efficiency of CRO capital. |
| 2. | Improve the ease of CRO capital performance management and make it seamless for users to maximize CRO revenue. |
| 3. | Serve as the base liquidity layer for CROs and pegged CROs (“bCROs”) in the Cronos ecosystem. |
Argo DeFi Vaults — the first yield optimizer for one-way CRO staking. It allows users to earn up to 25% more APR than just staking CRO, thanks to an automatic compounding algorithm and automatic yield collection.
Argo's DeFi vaults implement strategies to maximize CRO staking revenue, generated by users who have staked their CRO on Argo.
Liquid staking
Liquid staking on Argo — an alternative to traditional staking with a validator. This allows you to stake a CRO on Argo and get a related CRO ("bCRO"). The bCRO you receive represents your CRO and acts like a receipt, allowing you to exchange them for the CRO you wager on and the rewards you earn.
bCRO — a liquid tokenized representation of a staker's CRO. bCRO allows stakers to receive liquidity, relative to their staked CRO, and allows the locked value of CRO to be staked in Cronos decentralized finance applications.
