Some popular Alchemist projects include Copper, a platform for open, transparent and user-friendly participation in Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pools, mistX, an aggregator of MEV and Crucible secure exchanges, a smart contract, a non-custodial staking wallet and NFTs. To become an alchemist, you need to study and practice. Training is the way of life of a real alchemist. There is no final destination, only continuous change. $MIST helps to coordinate and reward dedicated alchemists.
Until now, Aludel's rewards for $mist holders have depended solely on inflation. It was an efficient way to launch the ecosystem + community and successfully build several different core products. In addition to inflationary income, $mist owners will get rewards for the success of products in the system. 50% of all earnings from Alchemist's core products will be paid directly into the Aludel rewards program bi-weekly. To reduce the inefficiency, caused by the cumulative voting events of $mist holders, and increase the speed of the decision-making process, senior alchemists form a council of alchemists.
This Council shall decide by a majority of votes the following questions:

| 2 | Financing of new projects and control of their stages. |
| 3 | Weaken the centralized role they hold responsible for Alchemist's success. Make the ecosystem sustainable. |
There are no restrictions on who can become a senior alchemist/council member. Anyone who is passionate, capable and has made a significant contribution to a project can become a senior. Seniors are selected from Builder/Apprentice/Chaos Labs pools or from the wider crypto ecosystem. There is a small fee ($1 mist) for submitting a new project proposal to the council to improve the quality of proposals and reduce spam. If the offer passes, this fee is refundable. If the offer does not go through, the fee is forfeited.
