Bastion Protocol — a Lending and Stableswap protocol, built on top of Aurora, an EVM-compliant NEAR layer. Using Aurora allows Bastion to create a standalone interest rate engine with superior capital efficiency, low slippage swaps, fast transactions, ultra-low fees, accurate liquidations and leveraging the core benefits of UX NEAR.7

Description of Bastion Protocol
Bastion is innovating with features such as: Realms (isolated centrifugal markets), interest rate swaps, increased receipt token utility and yield, IDO locking, one-way staking, veBSTN, sensors and boosters. Bastion is a reliable asset reinforcement. The lock code has been verified by the lead auditors. Bastion inspires and leads to the development of the ecosystem.
Site features:
| 1. | Offer assets to earn interest. |
| 2. | Borrow assets. |
| 3. | Long leverage. |
| 4. | Short assets (using a loan). |
Supply APY — the asset's current APY at delivery. Interest is accumulated in units of the asset. Each token has a different set of parameters that determine its actual profitability at different points. In addition, you can earn rewards for mining liquidity, such as $BSTN, or other tokens, which are displayed as icons under the control panel.
Borrow APY — current interest on the debt. Interest is accumulated in units of the asset. Each token has a different set of parameters that determine its actual profitability at different points.
The Bastion Token (BSTN) — the governance token of the Bastion Protocol. BSTN tokens are used as incentives to increase the demand for loans and ensure the stability of the initial deposit rate.
Collateral tokens
Collateral tokens (cTokens) — receipt tokens when a user deposits tokens in Bastion. cTokens help to return the underlying tokens and automatically calculate interest over time. As interest accumulates, the exchange rate between cTokens and the underlying asset increases so that they can be converted into an increasing amount of the underlying asset. Thus, the user can have the same number of cTokens, the value of which will increase over time.
