BitPainting Platform Description - Early Access
Each work of art is an indispensable token (ERC-721), stored on the Ethereum blockchain. Specialized smART™ contracts work here to guarantee ownership. The developers don’t provide a White Paper, however, all information is described in detail on the main page of the site and in the "FAQ" section. The Road Map marks the main stages of a project development.
BitPainting - Early Access presents classic works by artists, such as:
- Leonardo da Vinci;
- Vincent Van Gogh;
- Pablo Picasso;
- Claude Monet;
- Gustav Klimt;
- Amedeo Modigliani;
- Michelangelo.
Despite the fact, that these works are stored in museums and are rarely put up for a sale, the blockchain offers the opportunity to collect and sell virtual versions of these cult works. The platform allows collectors to acquire unique works of art with further obtaining ownership.
The collector has a full control over these works and can transfer them to others, sell at auction or give to friends. Please, note that the referral system and other bonuses are not here.
How to buy art in dapp?
Since the works are stored on the Ethereum blockchain, MetaMask must be installed. Using the extension, you can make purchases, sell and exchange. To buy work, log into your BitPainting account and make sure that you have activated the MetaMask wallet. Go to the Marketplace, click on the cover you like, and then click on the “Buy” button to go to the MetaMask transaction.
Key information:
| Firstly | Each image on the BitPainting platform represents the irreplaceable unique ERC-72 token. |
| Secondly | There is only one original for each work. SmART™ contracts regulate every work, thereby confirming the integrity of the project. |
| Thirdly |
BitPainting is built on top of the Ethereum network. You need Ether for any transaction, noted on the ETH blockchain. |
To put your artwork up for sale, you need to log in to your BitPainting - Early Access account. Next, go to the “My Collection” section, click on the image you want to put up for sale and click the “Sell” button. To complete the transaction faster, you can increase the GWEI (gas cost).
