Description of the BlockCities project
BlockCities — a series of architectural collectibles, featuring iconic buildings from around the world.
There are three classes of buildings:
| 1 | Generative buildings |
| 2 | The Classics |
| 3 | Special Editions |
Generative buildings - buildings that you create yourself. They consist of building elements in New York, Chicago, Atlanta and San Francisco. They can also have specially designed roofs and basements such as "Tree Ground Floor" and "Pool roof".
The set includes downtown icons such as the Willis Tower from Chicago and the Westin Peachtree Plaza from Atlanta. Special Edition buildings are very rare, specially designed collectibles. In addition, Golden Building collectibles were included, which will be awarded to one of the first 50, 100, 250 and 500 builders. All you have to do - buy the building through the Mystery Machine for a chance to win one of these collectibles.
Other features
Along with limited editions, buildings can also have special attributes. For the original Founders Collection, the first 500 minted buildings will be "Founder Buildings" forever. They will never be produced again. The launch for both Ethereum Mainnet and OpenSea is expected soon and users will have the chance to purchase one of 12 limited edition ERC721 tokens. They are made up of some real structures.
For instance:
- Crain Communications building of Chicago
- Atlanta-based Georgia Power headquarters
- Transamerica Pyramid from San Francisco
- Citigroup Center from New York
There is no referral system on the project. You can get information about the game through the blog on the Medium site, since there is no description on the site itself. The smart contract doesn’t have an audit. From social networks, the community leads only Twitter, where there are already almost 2,000 subscribers.
