DTO.Tech - a blockchain carrier that allows you to get your own number or get a pool of numbers with a readable prefix.

Decentralized Telecommunications Operator (DTO.Tech) — a distributed, open and scalable numbering system, based on the Ethereum blockchain. The job of a DTO - to match numeric combinations like DTO1234567890 to machine-readable identifiers like Ethereum addresses and metadata. DTO has the same purpose as regular phone numbers, the phone number prefix service, but it has a significantly different architecture due to the nature and limitations of the Ethereum blockchain.
Top-level prefixes like "dto" belong to a smart contract, called Registrar. It controls the creation of number ranges and getting the number in the desired range with the correct prefix, such as "eth".
To get your unique number, you just need to indicate the set of numbers you like and make a payment in the amount, set by the registrar of the prefix, for example 0.1 ETH for the "dto" prefix per year. The number can be any length from 1 to 10 digits.
Number - an NFT token, ERC-721 standard on the Ethereum blockchain. Your NFT ID is your number with the ID prefix, used in the Registrar's smart contract. The PublicStorage contract helps to store the data that belongs to the number. It stores information about all specified wallets in other networks.
