How to play in dapp?
You need to install a browser extension for the game. MetaMask - a browser plugin that allows you to interact with the Ethereum blockchain. Etherbots runs on the Ethereum platform. You need the extension to interact with the Etherbots world and to pay for small transactions. Browsers that support the plugin:
- Chrome;
- Brave;
- Mozilla Firefox.

There you can find out about upcoming contests and promotions. Now you are ready to play. Start by watching a short and simple in-game lesson and get 3 free prize drawers to get you started. You can also play Etherbots on your mobile phone, using Cipher Browser or Toshi. Whenever you make a transaction, you should see a white popup. You can safely adjust the price of gas (GWEI) to make a transaction faster or slower. The gas limit will be set automatically. It reflects the amount of code that your transaction is allowed to process. If you want to make faster your transaction confirmation, just open MetaMask and click "try again with a higher gas price".
Purchase and sale in the Etherbots
Let's talk about buying the first combat-ready robot. You must go to the market. It will look like this:

| Click a “Buy now” button | A transaction popup will appear and you will have the opportunity to view the transaction before sending it. If you continue to buy parts, then this won’t affect the transaction. |
| Gold ore | It is used to enhance the quality of your gem. It can be found in the same way as a regular ore. |
When you have all these items, you can go to the arena. You can choose - to attack or defend.
The attack fee is 0.001 ethereum, and the defense charge - 0.0005. Moreover, every time you fight, you get two types of experience:
- an experience that forever remains in the parts that you have fought;
- the experience that forever remains in your account.
Both of them increase your losses in battle. However, your account also receives new privileges every two levels for free. When you play further, perks become more specialized and powerful.
