About the Gods Unchained game
Developers position Gods Unchained as a free-to-play game. This means that in order to immerse yourself in this world, you don’t have to buy cards. Unlike other free games, Gods Unchained gives you a full ownership of your in-game items. Collect rare items, make the perfect deck or sell cards for real money. The developers don’t provide a White Paper, but the information is already available on the website. In the future, developers plan to launch annual tournaments.
The only thing you have to pay for - the purchase of boosters in the store or specific cards in the common market. Using blockchain technology, developers can give players a real ownership of the items, which they buy or get in the games. Thanks to this technology, platform safety is ensured.

Any cards, found inside the deck, are fully available for sale. Currently, the platform is working with Rare Bits, OPSkins and OpenSea, which are third-party exchanges and will allow you to buy and sell cards.
Card differences:
- Cards vary in shirt color ("quality"). However, this parameter doesn’t affect anything.
- According to the "class": neutral - available to all gods and 6 other species, attached to each god.
- By "rarity" - the frequency of occurrence and the power of the card: common, rare, epic, legendary, mythic.
In each match, participants can choose which hero to play, as well as choose abilities. One of the main three abilities can be used several times. The developers introduced such feature before each match so that the players could apply different approaches in creating the deck in a single match. This will strengthen your tactics, depending on the intended opponent cards.
At the moment, the developers have announced the next game modes:

| World Tournament | Since the beginning of 2019, world championships have been regularly held with a prize pool of $1.6 million. The declared number of participants is limited - 20,000 people. |
Players can choose from 6 Gods: light (Thaerial), death (Malissus), war (Auros), forces of a nature (Aeona), magic (Elyrian), tricks and lies (Ludia).
How to start a blockchain game?
To start the game you need the deck of thirty cards. You can get them for free, every week after the launch there will be a process of adding / removing some cards. In battle, it’s impossible to lose the right to own cards. Each Gods Unchained match takes place in a 1 on 1 format, its mission - to destroy the God of the rival. To take this or that move, the player spends mana (the main resource of the game) to activate the ability of the cards.
