Description of the Hashmasks project

Hashmasks is a combination of digital art and collectibles with a hierarchy of values, defined by both the creator and consumer of the artwork. Unlike other collectibles, where the rarity of all traits is determined by the creators, hash masks involve two layers of scarcity: they provide a set of traits for general consumer guidance, but they also create a lot of implicit traits that are not considered.

First of all, control over the rarest of all attributes - the name - is fully given to the consumer.Hashmasks

The names are similar to each other, a marker (NCT) changes through the name, which other participants can replace in the work. Each name is unique and can only belong to one NFT. Hashmasks is the first collectible where the value and rarity of each item in the collection is not predetermined, but will change and adapt over the years before it takes its final form when the last NCT is burned.

Key features:

1. The first collectible with multiple layers of scarcity as defined by the consumer.
2. Random distribution for complete fairness.
3. Full ownership and copyright are granted to the consumer on their NFT.
4. Naming is becoming a hard-to-find commodity through the NCT token mechanism.
5. Collecting, playing and - above all - art.

There are 16,384 unique hash masks in total. Each one is created by a combination of several different artists. They have various masks, eye colors, objects and other attributes. To ensure fair distribution, the user will not know which hash mask he is buying during the first 14 days of the sale. All NFTs are already generated but not indexed yet. There is a predefined sequence of hash masks, but which one will be the first hash mask will only be determined at the end of the sale using a random mechanism along the chain. This method guarantees a fair distribution.

Perpetuate yourself on the blockchain

You are not just buying a rare piece of art. You are part of a work of art. Smart contracts allow you to assign a name to your hash mask, giving you the ability to add your own unique touch to the canvas. As such, you become one of the founding creators, who turned this raw canvas into a timeless work of art. Your NTF can serve as your digital identity as the project moves into a fully digital economy.
