Description of dapp Invictus Margin Lending
Invictus Margin Lending aims to maximize interest income on USD and USD equivalents with zero expected risk of drawdown. The fund's assets will be efficiently borrowed on margin lending platforms and are subject to fluctuations in yield, depending on market demand.
In this way, the Fund seeks to provide investors with a high degree of capital stability, combined with consistent returns over their investment horizon. The fund is suitable for investors who are relatively risk averse and looking for an investment vehicle that will ensure capital preservation and stable returns.
The economy of a decentralized application
The fund will seek to use 95% of the fund's assets consistently (held in US dollars and assets, denominated in stable currency) to obtain margin lending positions that earn interest on a daily basis. How does it work:
Bids | The achieved interest rates will be optimized for different exchange platforms and currencies through a combination of the fund management team's efforts and automated technology that will use jumps in daily rates to lock in funding positions for periods of up to 30 days. |
Access | The fund benefits from the extreme volatility of the cryptocurrency market - as it leads to higher lending rates - but does not have direct access to the cryptocurrency market. |
The fund will charge an annual management fee of 2% per annum, calculated daily. This cost includes the day-to-day management of the funds' assets, the administration of the funds, as well as any holding of assets. To align incentives for both the investor and management, a 20% fee will be charged for income in excess of 6% per annum.
